PositionShift SupervisorJob TypePOOL / Non-ExemptShift DetailsAs Needed 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30amWork LocationCrisis - Ellendale RRC, 700 Main Street, Ellendale DE *****Salary/Hourly Wage$***** - $*****/hourSpecialties / Licenses or CertificationsMaster's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.State designation as required per state regulations.Summary of JobThe Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the administrative needs of an assigned shift, including utilization and capacity management, supplies, meals, and maintenance requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipProvides leadership, coaching, and supervision for all staff on assigned shift.Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.Guest Care & AdvocacyCompletes assessments for individuals brought to the facility, developing treatment plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual.Partners with the individual to obtain collateral information from the individual's support team such as family members, friends, case managers, and other area programs.Compliance & Risk ManagementDetermines a provisional diagnosis, obtains documentation of medical necessity, and submits authorizations for service in a timely fashion.Completes clinical documentation as required.Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed, and submitted according to policy.Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.Additional DutiesPerforms other related duties assigned.Job RequirementsEducation/LicensesMaster's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.State designation as required per state regulations.ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.SkillsAbility to complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.Basic computer skills.Effective communication skills.Excellent documentation skills.Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements.Driving RequirementsIf driving is required for this position,



must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations' driving policy.If not qualified to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed.Miscellaneous RequirementsMust be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement.Travel required based on business need.Successful complete and meet all requirements of the comprehensive credentialing process.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.Second-Chance Employer: Must be able to pass a seven-year background check.Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable).
