and applies standard engineering methods and techniques on work of small projects or on portions of larger projects.Receives clear instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and collaborates to derive effective solutions to unusual problems.Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and (where applicable) wood structures for industrial and high‐performance facilities.Develop and review design calculations, models, and drawings for:Building frames and foundationsEquipment foundations, pipe racks, platforms, mezzanines, and support structuresStructural modifications to existing facilitiesApply relevant building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, local codes).
Work as part of a multi‐discipline project team (architectural, mechanical, electrical, process, civil, etc.) to coordinate structural requirements and interfaces.Contribute to quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews for structural deliverables.Reviews construction documents (plans, sections, details, specifications).
Support the development of structural design criteria and basis‐of‐design documents.Reviews work with supervisor to ensure the application of sound engineering practices and professional judgment.Write portions of specifications and assist in preparing cost estimates.Performs design work on Revit and Auto CAD.QualificationsWhat You Will BringBachelor's degree in Civil engineering,



with a structural emphasis (Cedula and Titolo is a requirement)Master degree in structural engineering (Preferred).6‐10 direct years of structural engineering experienceExperience with previous industrial/manufacturing building project experience.Data center and/or pharmaceutical building experience preferred.Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP****, STAAD, RAM, RISA or similar.Experience with building codes and standards such as: IBC, ASCE 7, ASIC, ACI (and others as applicable).
