The quality engineer will support the daily operation of the Quality System of the organization.Will respond to internal and external customer complaints and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.Interprets and executes policies and procedures and provides modifications to operating processes.The quality engineer will review the engineering deliverables and will participate in the design reviews.Will perform internal audits and redact/update quality assurance plans.TThe quality engineer will also lead supplier activities related to subcontractor and vendor approval, audits, and quality.Liaison with the certification authorities is also part of the quality engineer's mandate as required by certain programs.
.Job dutiesSupport the quality control department; provide daily, hands‐on support to the QC and Production departments in accurately applying the specification and drawing requirements to the products, purchased or manufactured.Review and audit Engineering's deliverables and processesPrepare and review Software and Hardware Quality Assurance plansParticipate in design reviewsApprove releases for products, software loads,
