In this role, you will support suppliers across North America by helping them navigate procurement systems, resolving operational issues, managing reporting requests,



and ensuring an excellent supplier experience.What you'll do:Support supplier onboarding and connectivity in procurement platformsTrain suppliers on portal tools and invoicing processesProvide Tier 1 support and ticket triage for procurement-related requestsCollaborate with internal stakeholders across Procurement and OperationsSupport reporting activities and data validationHelp drive process efficiency and high service levelsWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree completedAdvanced English level (daily interaction with US & Canada teams)6 months to 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Business Operations, Finance, or related areasStrong communication and analytical skillsExperience with Excel is highly valuedKnowledge of SAP, Ariba, SRM, or sourcing/procurement tools is a plus.This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain international exposure, develop stakeholder management skills, and grow within a global company.
