Sr Process Engineer – ManufacturingIf you have experience as Manufacturing Sr Process Engineer and you are looking to make your next career move, this might be the opportunity to bring your skills and help your team achieve the best results for a great organization within the LEGO Group.Play your part in our team success.The Sr Process Engineer is responsible for leading, managing or performing the mechanical engineering operations of the organization.Activities may involve various branches and implementations of the engineering profession, for example electronic, environmental or metrology engineering in the packing areas.Core ResponsibilitiesEquipment & Process Engineering Leadership: Own the technical development, standardization, and optimization of new and existing equipment, acting as the technical work with suppliers and ensuring alignment with execution standards and processes.Testing, Validation & Scientific Analysis: Plan and implement verification, validation, and testing activities, including design of new implementations to evaluate the impact of process variables (e.g., temperature, humidity, materials) and define robust processing windows within quality standards.Digital & Engineering Tool Development: Develop, maintain, and improve value-adding digital and engineering tools (e.g., tolerance calculations, analysis methods) that support data-driven decision-making and process robustness.Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across equipment, materials, and processes,



giving to large and complex improvements while also identifying enhancement opportunities beyond own functional scope.Promote an inclusive learning environment by mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise throughout the value chain.Achieve results by fostering strong team performance and collaboration across functions.Do you have what it takes?
Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.You should apply solid specialist knowledge using a scientific, data-driven approach.This approach links process variables, material properties, and performance.Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma), with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow established project governance.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, capable of addressing medium-complexity technical challenges by bridging theory with empirical validation rather than trial and error.Demonstrated commitment to standards, compliance, and safety, including alignment to norms, directives, EHS requirements, and staying ahead of with relevant technologies and regulations.Proactive, quality-focused mentality with experience or certification in AMEF, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Strong communication and collaboration skills,



with the ability to clearly report technical findings to multi-functional collaborators and a high level of proficiency in English.Experience in manufacturing environments, with final packing or downstream process exposure considered an advantage and an understanding of the end-to-end value chain.What's in it for you?
