Job OverviewLocation: Monterrey, Mexico – Onsite • Full‐timeDXC Technology is seeking an IT Infrastructure and Technology Coordinator to manage and optimize network, telecommunications, server, and data center operations.The role will serve as a liaison between local teams, integral support, and external vendors to ensure high availability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of critical infrastructure services.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, supervise, and optimize network, telecommunications, server, and data center infrastructure operations to guarantee availability, performance, security, and service continuity.Lead local infrastructure and telecommunications coordination activities and work with multidisciplinary teams.Manage incidents, escalations, and business requirements, acting as a technical focal point for business areas, support teams, and external providers.Prepare capacity, utilization, performance, OPEX/CAPEX consumption, and project status reports for clients and stakeholders.Coordinate and support budget execution, OPEX/CAPEX forecasting, and infrastructure‐related financial tracking.Oversee infrastructure and IT technology projects, including new solution implementations, progress tracking, and status presentations.Support internal and external audits by collecting, documenting, and delivering audit evidence.Track application of security patches and ensure compliance with technical security standards.Coordinate vulnerability management activities, including periodic scans, reporting, and remediation follow‐up.Identify, document, and track remediation plans for infrastructure risks.Maintain ITSC/DRP documentation, planning,



and delivery for critical applications and key sites in Mexico.Perform access control reviews for administrator and application users, coordinating validation with application owners.Support antimalware administration services and other server‐agent related activities as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT coordination role covering infrastructure, telecommunications, or a similar domain.Experience coordinating technical teams of 10 or more people.Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, telecommunications, servers, and data center operations.Experience coordinating IT technology projects, including new solution implementations, progress tracking, and client‐oriented status presentations.Strong incident and escalation management skills, with experience working with local, global, and external teams.Ability to produce executive reports on capacity, utilization, performance, budget consumption, project status, incidents, and critical events.Knowledge of infrastructure security, patch management, technical security standards, access control, vulnerability management, and risk management.Experience supporting internal and external audits through documentation and evidence collection.Advanced proficiency in English.Updated Cisco CCNA certification required.Strong project coordination capabilities, leadership, customer orientation, communication, problem‐solving, technical analysis, and collaboration skills.BenefitsFull‐time hires are eligible to participate in DXC's benefit program, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance; employee wellness initiatives; life and disability insurance; a retirement savings plan; paid holidays; and paid time off.
