The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for the technical product throughout product and design life cycle.ResponsibilitiesLeads the development of our products for new and existing customersModerates the efficient and effective planning and organization of the activities to timely deliver product or design with highest qualityTranslate customer requirements to the product test strategy and oversee design and product validation programsSupervises involvement in projects and problem solving outside of own direct areaIdentifies the next generation of growth opportunities and supports the smooth integration of new product developments and plans the roll‐out of new technologyProvides continuous coaching and development of teamQualificationsA university degree required (i.e. Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experienceAbility to lead, coach,
