Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote Freight Dispatcher position with We R Logistics LLC, a company based in Austin, Texas.This role is fully remote, and candidates are not required to live in Austin.The Freight Dispatcher will coordinate daily truck schedules, search for and assign loads, negotiate rates, and monitor shipments to help ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.Daily responsibilities include communicating with drivers, brokers, customers, and carriers, resolving scheduling or route issues, and keeping dispatch systems updated with accurate load information.The role also involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing timely shipment updates, managing load documentation, and addressing service concerns.When needed, the dispatcher may also make outbound calls to potential owner-operators who may be interested in our dispatch services.This will be assigned only as needed and will not be the primary focus of the position.QualificationsStrong dispatching, load coordination, scheduling, and routing skillsClear and professional communication with drivers, brokers, customers,



and team membersExperience searching load boards and negotiating rates is strongly preferredComfortable making occasional outbound calls to potential owner-operators when neededAbility to multitask, stay organized, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of trucking, freight, and transportation operationsComfortable using dispatch software, GPS tracking tools, email, spreadsheets, and standard office applicationsReliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspaceDependable attendance and flexibility based on operational needsPrevious freight or trucking dispatch experience is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics ortransportation training is a plusCompensation & BenefitsPay will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.Bonus opportunities will also be available.The company observes select major U.S. holidays based on trucking activity and operational needs.Additional details will be discussed during the interview.
