Role
PROJECT ENGINEER Purpose: The Lead Project Engineer (LPE) is a project professional responsible for planning, leading, and managing all engineering activities associated with a capital project.
LPEs are expected to have greater project leadership skill and experience in capital projects.
Responsibilities
Establishes effective communications among the engineering and design members of the Integrated Project Team to ensure alignment around business objectives, project objectives, and Experience
Overall understanding of the Project Management Process (Front End Loading) process from FEL-1 through checkout and start-up.
Provide leadership, guidance, and priority to Designers for multiple businesses.
Typical Requirements
An undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline and 8-12 years of experience.
Experience
Strong leadership skills.
