OverviewThe Business Partner, Selling & Marketing Excellence Manager is responsible for designing, influencing, and executing strategic and operational plans aligned with Business Unit priorities and Selling Excellence objectives.This role strengthens sales and marketing capabilities by delivering high-impact development solutions that enhance commercial performance in the High Specialty market.It partners with business leaders to identify capability gaps, implement targeted development initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and commercial excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead learning facilitation and development initiatives: manage learning and development programs, adapt global and regional training solutions to local needs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.Define and strengthen strategic capabilities: identify and develop key capabilities and soft skills for Sales and Marketing teams to ensure competitiveness in the High Specialty market, with a focus on the government sector.Provide coaching and mentoring to sales and marketing teams to strengthen leadership skills and promote talent development.Drive field excellence by spending approximately 50% of work time in the field, collaborating with sales leaders to identify opportunities to improve leadership, management, and commercial execution.Monitor capability development and performance progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and identify areas for continuous improvement.Strategic collaboration:
establish and maintain trusting relationships with sales and commercial leaders to understand challenges and develop joint solutions that promote innovation and necessary capabilities.Basic QualificationsBachelor 's Degree or Professional Degree in Human/Organizational Development, Management, Business or related field.Strong experience in Training/Development for High Specialty commercial teams.Proficiency in English; strong presentation andfacilitation skills (in-person and virtual).
