Job DescriptionResponsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials required to support production, customer demand, and inventory objectives.This role analyzes material requirements, monitors inventory levels, manages supply risks, and collaborates with cross‐functional teams to maintain an efficient and uninterrupted supply chain to production lines.What The Candidate Will DoAnalyze material requirements based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and customer orders.Execute and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to ensure material availability.Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory.Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Suppliers to resolve material supply issues.Review and manage replenishment parameters, safety stock levels, lead times, and planning settings.Expedite critical materials to prevent production interruptions and customer delivery delays.Escalate critical shortages and coordinate recovery plans.Track supplier performance and follow up on open purchase orders.Validate supplier capacity against forecasted demand.Support inventory optimization initiatives to reduce carrying costs while maintaining service levels.Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans for material shortages and constraints.Ensure accuracy of material master data and planning parameters within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Generate and analyze reports related to inventory, shortages, demand changes,



and supply performance to maintain optimal inventory levels.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, International Relations, or related field.Intermediate conversational English level.2 years managing the planning of operational or indirect materials.Advanced conversational and written English.Required Skills & KnowledgeDecision‐making and critical thinking – explains characteristics and steps in an effective decision‐making process, identifies issues, and communicates with others.Manufacturing requirements – knowledge of materials and capacity management, product life cycle, MRP cycle, bills of materials.Materials handling and management – key issues for manufacturing materials, physical management considerations, packaging regulations.Problem solving – identifies and documents problems, uses diagnostic tools, develops alternative techniques, evaluates risks and benefits.Lean/Kaiizen methodologies and data analysis (Excel, Power BI).
