ETPosition SummaryWe are hiring a Product Designer – Kitchenware hard goods and soft goods.The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with technical product development expertise and understands how to design commercially successful products for retail environments.This position requires someone highly organized, trend‐aware, and comfortable collaborating with sourcing, manufacturing, merchandising, and licensing teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop kitchenware products across both hard goods (cookware, tools, accessories) and soft goods (textiles, linens, aprons, etc.)Create detailed technical sketches, flat drawings, and CAD files for product developmentBuild and maintain tech packs with complete construction details, materials, colorways, and trimsCollaborate with sourcing and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are production‐feasibleInterpret seasonal trend direction and translate it into market‐ready product conceptsReview and provide feedback on samples,
