- Prior experience on Service NOW, APM Tools - Dynatrace or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Batch monitoring.
**What you'll bring**:- Prioritize Alerts based on severity and type.
- Experience debugging complex problems/Issues.Perform Root Cause Analysis by analyzing the issue and the code to determine impact.Prepare RCA Documentation.
- Systematic and timely communication to stakeholders across various channels based on severity of the issue.Weekend Maintenance support.
