**About the Role**:**Your responsibilities**
- Identify new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with consultants and process owners.
- Being part of the project life cycle, starting from process analysis, simplification, development, testing and maintenance
- Create UI designs and prototypes
- Participate in process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team
- Support internal improvement, ideations and innovation programs




- Participating in projects within Americas region
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Mendix development
- Mendix Intermediate Certification is a must, Advanced as a plus.
- Experience of User experience (UX) and User interface (UI)
- Knowledge, experience and integration with API, SQL, Excel VBA, HTML, Java, CSS, JavaScript, OpenSSL
- Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community (extra curricular activities)
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
- Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions
- Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness
- Advanced English is a must (B2 at least, C1 is a plus)
- Project management skills due to direct interaction with the business
- Lean/Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum methodologies know-how is preferred.
- Inspired by new technology implementations and being early adapter
- Having a growth mindset and enjoying continuous learning
- Knowledge of algorithms and coding
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with international project member
