We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based in our Querétaro office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide training related to Asset Security in Transportation and at the terminal.
- Control and record to reduce incidents and thefts on the route and in the yard.
- Verification of security protocols and monitoring during cargo transportation service.
- Promote corrective and preventive actions for the yards and own units.
- Constantly maintain strategic relationships with public and private authorities.
- Implement and execute asset security standards.
- Release units before authorities when committing an infraction.
- Organize and direct surveillance services in all business units.
- Design and maintain the company's asset security plan through procedures.
- Promote a culture of personnel and property security.
- Obtain and review repair estimates, approve repairs in compliance with all CTPAT regulations.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to track each breakdown and follow up on resolution timelines.
- Respond to calls from drivers who have a problem on the route, damage,



or theft of the unit.
- Coordinate and schedule service (including suppliers) and provide the customer with an accurate start and end time.
- Identify repairs covered by warranty and file claims with appropriate suppliers or manufacturers as necessary.
- Communicate with dispatch and maintenance departments, transmit maintenance information and schedule for resolutions, and follow up on resolution timelines, make outgoing calls to send appropriate service to drivers/owner-operators.
- Communicate any service interruption and route change due to equipment failure to dispatch.
- Monthly monitoring of the content and maintenance of images and data from CCTV and access control systems.
- Prepare statistics on thefts, losses, and shrinkage, including any review of deviations in operations.
**Requirements**:
- +5 years of experience in a similar position related to transportation and logistics.
- Completed university degree.
- Report generation: Ability to generate simple reports using basic functions in software and/or writing basic queries.
- Knowledge of C-TPAT and OEA.
- Knowledge of Mexican operational and safety standards.
- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
- Willingness to work in an open office environment 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Intermediate/advanced English (preferably).
