**Your mission will be** to advise the organization to ensure it operates in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks, mitigating legal risks and providing strategic legal guidance to senior management.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Coordinating strategies for the prevention and resolution of legal disputes.
- Representing the company before regulatory authorities and managing external counsel.
- Identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks.
**Requirements**:
- Law degree (required).
- Advanced English.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal areas, commercial law, and regulatory processes.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, tax, labor,



intellectual property law, and corporate governance.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Ensenada.
