As part of our ongoing transformation, we are looking to integrate a **Structural Engineer** to our team, who will be based at our office son Av Lazaro Cardenas in Col Chapalita, Zapopan.
**Job Objective**:
The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and development of structural projects, ensuring that structures are safe, efficient, and comply with applicable regulatory and technical requirements.
They will work in collaboration with other engineers, architects, contractors and client to ensure projects are completed on time and within the established budget.
**Responsibilities**:
**Structural Design Analysis**: Perform advanced structural design analyses to ensure the safety, stability, and efficiency of structures, considering loads, stresses, and environmental factors.
**Structural Evaluation of Infrastructure**: Conduct structural evaluations of existing infrastructure to determine its condition, safety, and potential need for rehabilitation or reinforcement.
**Development of Structural Reports**: Prepare detailed technical reports on the structural condition of projects, providing recommendations for improvements or reinforcements when necessary.
**Preparation of Fabrication and Assembly Plans**:Develop detailed plans for the fabrication and assembly of structural components, ensuring compliance with required specifications and standards.
**Preparation of Workshop Sheets and DXF Files**: Create technical workshop sheets for the fabrication and assembly of components, as well as generate DXF files to facilitate precise manufacturing.
**Preparation of Plans**:Design detailed structural plans, installation plans, and diagrams,



ensuring all work adheres to project standards and requirements.
**Customer Support for International Clients**: Interact with international clients, providing technical advice and tailored structural solutions to meet their needs, maintaining clear and effective communication.
**Requirements**:
**Academic Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in (relevant project types such as buildings, bridges, etc.).
Experience with international client support is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced structural design analysis and infrastructure evaluation.
- Advanced proficiency with structural design software (ETABS, SAP****, Staad Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge in preparing fabrication plans, assemblies, and workshop sheets.
- Proficiency with DXF files and the ability to generate detailed technical documentation.
- Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and structural techniques.
- Familiarity with local and international construction regulations.
**Languages**:
Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
