**Responsibilities**:
- Lead **engaging and insightful tours** focused on history, architecture, and cultural heritage.
- Adapt tour narratives to **different audiences** while maintaining accuracy and depth.
- Ensure **exceptional customer service** and provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with **cultural trends, historical facts, and new exhibitions**.
- Manage tour schedules with **strict punctuality**—being on time is **CRUCIAL**.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure **smooth logistics** and high customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
**Languages**:
- **Bilingual (Spanish & English)** - Advanced **spoken proficiency** required.
- Additional languages are a plus!
**Expertise & Knowledge**:
- Strong background in **history, art, architecture, or cultural studies**.
- Passion for **storytelling** and the ability to captivate audiences.
- Experience in **guided tours, education, or public speaking** is highly valued.
