Job DescriptionAs a Sr IT Project Mgmt Specialist here at Honeywell, you will lead and mentor a team, align IT strategies with business goals, and ensure project success within quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
You will report directly to our Sr IT Director, and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosí Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practicesCollaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progressIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate and allocate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project successCommunicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectationsDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and practicesQualificationsYOU MUST HAVE5+ years of experience in IT project management,
