WE ARE EXPANDING Process Analyst Leader SAP Onsite, Puebla Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking to step into a leadership and advisory role We are looking for a Process Analyst Leader to help us bridge the gap between business needs and complex IT solutions on both local and international projects In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating vision into reality, managing requirements, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic, highly integrated environment. The Challenge Identify business opportunities, define and document complex requirements, and ensure seamless communication across Project Sponsors, Process Development, Change, and IT teams. You will also provide advisory support, coaching, and mentoring. What We Are Looking For Experience 3 years of experience, preferably within the Financial sector, leading analysis for largescale business changes.
Methodologies Experience delivering within integrated system environments using SCRUM Agile methodologies.
Tech Process Domain Strong background in process optimization,



project management, and SAP experience.
Skills Expert in developing process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Exceptional coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Language Full professional English proficiency.
Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
