We are seeking a detailoriented and businessdriven Accountant to support financial and administrative operations in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain accurate accounting processes using QuickBooks.
Prepare periodic financial reports for General Management.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Identify financial risks and opportunities to support decisionmaking.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
Perform reconciliations, manage accounts payable receivable, and monthly closings.
Manage international invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
Propose and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes.
Support general administrative and office operations vendors, services, supplies.
Requirements




Advanced English mandatory.
Strong experience working directly with business owners or company directors.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Businessoriented mindset with a resultsdriven approach.
Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
35 years of experience in accounting, administrative, and financial roles.
Valid Passport and U.S. Visa required.
