and the chasing departmentRequirementsBasic QualificationsBachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program 8 years of engineering experienceExperience in team leadership and cross-functional coordinationExperience and understanding of the vehicle cost process (SCIE / VCE)Program lifecycle experienceExperience in resident/quality engineering a plusVery strong presentational / communication skillsProwess in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong ability to manage and direct budget mattersStrong time management skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster of Science or Master of Business from an ABET accredited universityLeadership experience and trainingExperience in various BICEEP disciplines
