Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Accountant with 3+ years of experience and advanced English skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling the costs associated with the company's manufacturing and operational processes.This role requires a thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and review production costs, labour and material expensesPerform variance analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunitiesMaintain and update the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy in costing dataPrepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements related to inventory and production costsSupport the budgeting and forecasting process by providing cost data and analysisWork closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proper cost allocation and efficiencyAssist in month-end and year-end closing processes,



including journal entries and reconciliationsConduct regular reviews of cost accounting procedures and recommend improvementsEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3+ years of experience in cost accounting or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial settingProficiency in cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and variance analysisAdvanced level of English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of standard costing methods and inventory management is a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
