Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to work onsite and serve as the primary bridge between our internal engineering/product teams and a US‐based Fractional CTO.
This role is critical for ensuring smooth day‐to‐day communication, execution discipline, and alignment between strategy and delivery across time zones.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
Experience working with senior technical leadership (CTO,
VP Engineering, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Comfortable working across time zones with senior US‐based stakeholders.
Strong organization, documentation, and follow‐up discipline.
Ability to influence without authority and drive execution through others.
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
