The Infrastructure Senior Supervisor is an intermediate level responsible for driving LAN / WAN and help desk administration strategies, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team.The overall objective is to coordinate, manage and advise a team of professionals on technical and strategic concepts and activities.ResponsibilitiesLead, evaluate, provide resources and drive a team towards goalsEvaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actionsRecommend new work procedures and process improvementsEnsure adherence to control / risk standards and processesEvaluate risk issues and mitigate negative outcomes through prevention, detection and correctionUtilize knowledge of procedures and concepts within Technology InfrastructureApply basic knowledge of Technology Infrastructure and precedent to resolve problemsEnsure the quality of tasks executed by self and others on team and delivery of end resultsAct as backup to Infrastructure ManagerAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency,
