Job ObjectiveIndependent execution of the tasks related to claim management and APQP processes for local and integral suppliers.ResponsibilitiesActive participation in the incoming inspection risk assessment process.Verifying the non-conforming part for complaint management.Coordinating the further containment actions (e.g., rework, sorting, etc.).
Initiate, follow up and close FS notification in the ERP system.Follow up supplier 8 D reports (technical) regarding content and timing.Perform 8 D evaluation (technical) (e.g., in SAP).
Coordinate and transfer claim-related cost to the supplier.Prepare non-conforming parts shipment back to the supplier (including delivery notes).
Lead supplier development program (SDP).
Initiate ACL1 and ACL2 according to the process description.Initiate and lead escalation process.Release purchase parts (ISIR/PPAP)



in accordance with procedures.Perform APQP activities associated with the release of follow-up tools/ECM.Provide training on problem solving methods (8 D, 5‐why, Ishikawa...) for suppliers.Initiate and lead Q-alerts (as coordinator).
Plan, conduct and follow up supplier VDA 6.3 audits as a co‐auditor.Qualifications3+ years of experience in similar positions.Electronics experience (commodity).
