and supervisors with dignity and respect.Appropriately record and report behavior concerns to management.SafetyEnsure that every child is signed out upon pickup.Verify that adults picking up children are authorized to do so.Maintain a safe play environment.Supervise children to ensure their well-being at all times.Arrange childcare settings to ensure the cleanliness and physical safety of children.Planning/PreparationCleans toys, play equipment, and areas occupied during extended care periods.Maintain an orderly environment by neatly storing toys and materials in the designated location.Plan, organize, and participate in recreational activities and outings, such as games and field trips.Perform cleaning duties.GeneralAssist in the distribution of meals and/or snacks as expected.Instruct children in healthy, safe, and respectful behavior.Monitor children with homework during study hall.Guide children to make wise choices and how to resolve difficult situations.Model, guide, and train new team members.ProfessionalShow up to work on time and notify management by phone prior to the absence.Follow the required dress code as expected.Maintain confidentiality.Attend monthly staff meetings routinely.Meet expectations of management.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
