The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of equipment, machinery, and facilities.This role focuses on preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsDevelop and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, and documentationAnalyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actionsSupport equipment installation, commissioning, and upgradesCollaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtimeEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsManage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors and contractorsIdentify and implement continuous improvement and cost‐reduction initiativesPrepare technical reports and maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF,
