Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with 8 D methodologyKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop root cause analysis and provide timely responses to internal and/or customer complaints (formal, informal, or warranty), ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.Execute, develop, and collaborate oncontinuous improvement projectsaimed at reducing the cost of poor quality and improving product, process, and system performance.Implement and ensure compliance with required controls through thecontrol plan and FMEA reviews , to prevent and reduce quality risks both internally and with customers.Ensure the proper implementation of engineering change requirements and/or validation of new programs, guaranteeing a flawless launch or engineering change process.
