**Your profile**:- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Computer Engineering, Engineering management- ** Minimum of 1 years' experience in Diagnostics** / emissions **calibration or controls** or experience with - **or experience with automotive systems**, hardware **or validation of electrified propulsion systems** -**or**- ** 3+ years experience in regional/global size program management**:- Knowledge of INCA, **Matlab and Simulink**/Stateflow,- Experience in **large dataset processing and analysis**:- Experience **leading meetings** or groups/teams with a leadership aptitude- ** Excellent**written and **verbal communication** skills and business acumen- Self-motivated/proactive with strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading,
