We are looking for an **Expedited Solutions Specialist** to join our critical logistics team.
In this role, you won't just be moving cargo; you will be managing "mission-critical" shipments where every minute counts.
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring emergency transport solutions (NFO, Charter, Ground Expedite) for integral Tier-1 clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect immediate contingency plans for high-value, time-sensitive shipments.
- Negotiate spot rates and secure capacity with premium carriers under tight deadlines.
- Provide 24/7 "milestone-by-milestone" tracking and proactive updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and navigate customs/operational hurdles in real-time.




- Build and maintain a network of reliable expedited service providers.
- 2-5 years in **Time-Critical, Expedited Freight, or Freight Forwarding**.
- **Professional English Proficiency** (B2/C1 level minimum).
Must be able to negotiate with international agents.
- Ability to make split-second decisions with financial and operational accuracy.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms ****, IATA regulations, and TMS/ERP platforms.
- Flexibility to handle after-hours escalations or rotating on-call shifts.
