**EHS Manager (Environmental, Health & Safety)**
An international manufacturing company specializing in the design and production of industrial cooling and heat transfer equipment is seeking an **EHS Manager** to lead the Environmental, Health & Safety strategy at its manufacturing facility.
Position Summary
Lead the development and execution of the site's EHS strategy by ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a strong safety culture, and implementing best practices in environmental management, occupational health, and workplace safety.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an EHS Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in greenfield/start-up or plant expansion projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of:
- OSHA standards.
- Mexican STPS regulations and Official Mexican Standards (NOMs).
- SEMARNAT environmental regulations.
- Civil Protection regulations.
- EHS regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the site's Environmental, Health & Safety strategy.
- Promote a strong safety culture through active shop floor engagement.




- Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Manage occupational health, ergonomics, and accident prevention programs.
- Oversee environmental compliance, including permits, waste management, emissions, and regulatory reporting.
- Monitor EHS KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Supervise the Medical Services, Safety & Hygiene, and Site Security teams.
