**Responsibilities**:
- Manages and supervises the Production Engineering org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Engineering
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Engineering
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Functional accountability for Production Engineering on plant level
- Directs the execution of activities for Plant Engineering (all product types)
- Production Engineering activities in projects and the implementation of the production concept
- Ensures the implementation of defined standards relating to equipment, processes,



software and systems within the Plant Engineering organization
- Ensures the support and implementation of product, process optimizations and VAVE coordination
**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical, or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in similar position.
- Products & Process of Commercial Vehicles and automotive (Harness manufacturing)
- Infrastructure integration and cross-functional leadership
- Proven track record of complex products in their launch under demanding timelines
- Depth technical analysis, supplier integration, and risk mitigation
- Skilled at aligning multidisciplinary teams toward cost, quality, and performance objectives
- Core tools and Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies
- Engineering Design Tools
- ERP Planning Systems
- Advanced English level (spoken and written)
