**Junior Weaving Engineer (Entry-Level Opportunity)**

**We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Weaving Engineer to join a growing têxtile manufacturing team.
** This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to launch a career in advanced têxtile technology, industrial manufacturing, and production engineering.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive specialized training on advanced têxtile weaving equipment and production systems
- Assist with machine setup, calibration, adjustments, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform quality inspections and help identify and resolve production issues
- Learn and understand all aspects of weaving operations
- Provide technical support and guidance to weaving operators as experience develops
- Progress toward supporting production supervision and operational leadership
- Bachelor's degree in **Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering field preferred**:
- Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply




- Strong academic background and demonstrated technical aptitude
- Fully bilingual in **English and Spanish**:
- Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid engineering degree/diploma required (MUST)
- Valid U.S. tourist visa required

**Compensation**
**Competitive full-time compensation: $*****-$***** per hour (US Dollars)**
(Approximately **$40,560-$46,800 annually** based on a 40-hour workweek), with opportunities for overtime and additional earnings.
