Onsite ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly analytical and businessoriented Junior Chief of Staff to join the CEO Office and support strategic decisionmaking across the organization. This role combines business analytics, performance management, strategic planning, executive reporting, and AIdriven process optimization. The selected candidate will work directly with the CEO and gain exposure to highimpact business initiatives. KEY RESPONSINILITIES Design and manage strategic KPIs and performance dashboards. Analyze financial, operational, and commercial performance. Build forecasting models and scenario analyses. Generate actionable insights for executive decisionmaking. Automate reporting processes and analytical workflows. Support the implementation of AIpowered business solutions. Develop executive presentations and boardready materials. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and structure critical business information. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics,



or related fields. 13 years of experience in consulting, analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or corporate finance. Experience in Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or boutique consulting firms is highly preferred. Advanced Excel skills. SQL proficiency. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
