**YOUR ROLE**
As a Customer Service Rep our team, you'll
- In your daily job you will:
- Interpretation of customer requirements.
- Aligning customer needs with the company's interests.
- Scheduling and tracking shipments for customers according to established routes.
- Coordinating shipping movements in the best time and cost.
- Tracking critical part numbers.
- Effective customer service and communication.
- Tracking material with shipping discrepancies.
- Participating in continuous improvement projects.
- Timely communication with manufacturing plants.
- Complying with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Any other work-related activities related to your position.
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
- Engineering/Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of client platforms
- Problem-solving
- Advanced Excel
- Decision-making
- Assertive communication
- 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
