**About the Role**:
Lead a team to achieve operational excellence in our manufacturing division, specifically in LSP and Bottles.
**What You Will Do**:
- Direct 20 operators in daily production tasks, maintain adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot Operational Issues: Identify and resolve any operational problems swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless production flow.
- Maintain Equipment: Coordinate the maintenance of equipment to prevent any interruptions in the production process.
- Update Supervisors: Keep the supervisor informed of any issues or challenges that arise daily and bring up unresolved issues promptly.
- Implement Quality Control: Ensure that all production output meets our world-class quality standards, reducing the likelihood of rework and scrap.
- Improve Team Performance: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where each team member can thrive and contribute to our ambitious goals.
