Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- 1. Daily review of all open orders to ensure ship dates are being met.
2. Answering all status requests from CS including change, expedite or cancel.
3. Daily review of capacity issues where ship dates are impacted and communicate to CS on a timely manner.
4. Provide, control & follow up on the timely delivery of all components required in production plan.
5. Communicate consistently to CS, Production and Shipping on critical orders and cut off times to ensure on time delivery.
6. Provide and track timely manufacturing programs on remakes through and inspecting to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Interacts with other collaborators and suppliers, solving customer's problems.
8. Actively engage and interact with other functional areas such as engineering, customer service, quality, sales, etc. for alignment in servicing internal and external customers.
9. Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records, to track the volume, content and outcomes of enquires received: and to access information, checklists, scripts, guidelines, and other materials for responding to the customer's enquiry.

Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in industrial Eng, Foreign Trade, Accountant or similar

PC Literate
Bilingual 100% English / Spanish
