As a Maintenance Coordinator you will coordinate maintenance engineering work including review of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications to our injection machines and molds.
This job is fully onsite on PESA Plant in Ticoman, Mexico.
You will be reporting directly to the Junior Manager Maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will begiving services of preventive and corrective maintenance to our machines.
- You will perform engineering review of proposed new equipment designs to assess reliability, ease of maintenance, and availability of replacement parts
- You will need to follow KPIs.
- You will have 25 operative people in your charge, and you will need to organice their activities for the machines to work correctly.
- You need to know about EHS and machines of injections and molds.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience of at least 3 years with printing machines, injection and molds.
- Education in Engineering and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
- You will need to have experience of at least 1 years with people in your charge
- Qualifications such as organization is key
