**Medical Appointment Setter - Confie Tijuana**
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls** as part of the Annual Wellness Program
- ** Serve as the key point of contact for patients**, scheduling telehealth and in-home clinician visits
- ** Effectively explain the benefits** of the program to patients
- ** Compensation includes base salary plus commissions** for each scheduled medical appointment
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Sales, **highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,**:
- ** Proficient in both English and Spanish.
(B2 or higher)**:
- ** Strong skills in Microsoft Office**(Excel, Word, Outlook) and office software.
You must be available to work a **Monday to Friday** schedule.
You also need to have **valid Mexican documents** to be eligible for employment.
