Main Purpose
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Information Systems, including the tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and progress reports.
Generate reports and presentations on ongoing activities related to traceability, food safety, and quality, to keep the stakeholders informed and ensure alignment with the needs of our OUs.
By doing so, contribute to the optimization of resources and the continuous improvement of Sigma's One Single Co. vision.
Main Responsabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data related to quality along the supply chain, identify key metrics, and evaluate process improvements and technology solutions to ensure product traceability throughout the entire value chain.
Analyze data acquisition processes, identify gaps and areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and reliability of data.
Provide training and support to relevant personnel to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
Monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure ongoing compliance to key Quality and Food Safety Critical Control Points.
Conduct assessments of current quality and food safety business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to increase compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Identify key areas for process re-engineering,



research and evaluate appropriate technology solutions, and develop implementation plans.
Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
Evaluate data utilization and visualization tools, develop implementation plans, and provide training and support to employees.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making related to Quality and Food Safety Management.
Monitor and evaluate dashboard/report effectiveness and provide ongoing support to ensure successful utilization.
Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely implementation and monitor progress against key milestones.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Quality and Food Safety Management Systems
Data analytics and Data Creation
Business Intelligence Tools
Project Management
Experience with ERP or QMS Tools - Familiarity with systems like SAP, Oracle, or other Quality Management Systems.
**Language**:
English C1 / C2 (spoken and written) is required.
