**Requirements**:
- 3-4+ years of experience in **metal-mechanical, automotive, or aerospace**manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts (e.g., **Six Sigma**).
- Solid knowledge of **Core Tools**: APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, etc
- Advanced proficiency in English
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain the Work System, including updates to Safety and Quality Management Systems.
- Prepare and manage risk prevention documentation: FMEA, Process Sheets, Standard Work, Control Plans, Change Requests (ECRs).
- Perform process audits: LPA, safety walks, 5S evaluations, design checks, etc.
- Lead engineering changes across processes: assess feasibility, timeline, and cost; coordinate with Project Managers and suppliers.
- Prepare and update documentation for PPAP, layouts, master parts, and technical specifications.
- Provide support in customer complaints,
problem-solving (A3 methodology), and chronic issues resolution.
- Participate in and lead Lean Manufacturing transformation plans, including 7WS, MOS KPI tracking, and Plant Readiness.
- Ensure readiness for internal and external audits: IATF *****, ISO *****, ISO *****.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and monitor process line performance (Monozukuri, CapEx planning, productivity projects).
- Implement and support new projects including line setup, tooling, robotic stations, and press/assembly changes.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and energy-saving standards (ISO *****).
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance.
