**Job Duties and General Responsibilities**:
- Program and complete procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain the necessary tools for flawless execution of shop work orders.
- Operate conventional machinery (lathe, mill, grinding, and hand tools) efficiently.
- Ensure the work area is clean, safe,



and orderly.
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Certificate or equivalent in handling conventional machinery.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Proven expertise in operating conventional machinery (lathe, mill, grinding, and hand tools).
**Languages**:
- Proficient in English (must be able to read and understand instructions).
**Specialized skills**:
- Strong, stable personality with a dynamic and involved leadership style.
- Proficient in operating various tools and equipment including lathe, mill, grinding, welding, computer, and more.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards.
