That combination creates an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of financial and accounting functions for the site.Administer plant controllers and be accountable for the site's responsibilities.Oversee annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and the management accounting/reporting process.Advise the management team on all financial/budgetary requirements and develop financial goals in partnership with plant and corporate leadership.Ensure plant goals and initiatives align with company values, strategic goals, and business plans.Review control procedures over accounting and financial activities.Provide guidance to ensure internal accounting controls protect company assets.Maintain an adequate system of internal control and ensure general ledger accounts are correctly stated,



maintaining SOX compliance.Oversee preparation of the plant's financial reporting.Analyze and report manufacturing efficiency variances and determine corrective action requirements.Ensure items are correctly classified and that all reporting is prepared in accordance with GAAP.Seek continuous improvement and use of best practices throughout the organization.Actively manage career development of direct reports, review performance, and provide coaching and counseling as required to increase performance.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years accounting and finance experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Master's degree preferred.CPA or local equivalent preferred.Advanced English proficiency.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Sarbanes‐Oxley legislation and requirements (preferred).
