- Purpose of Role_
The End to End Transformation Manager is responsible for defining, coordinating and implementing the processes, methodologies and routines needed to ensure a brilliant execution of our marketing campaigns at POS in an efficient and effective way and deliver exceptional value to shoppers and customers.
- Key Functional Responsibilities_
- Lead the End to End Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a detailed process that improve the visibility at POS and return on investment for every Marketing campaign.
- Coordinate cross functional communication and activities tracking to ensure a brilliant execution OTIF.
- Optimization & Simplification: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes, reduce complexity, and improve overall E2E performance.
- Develop processes and methodologies: create and optimize processes and methodologies to an efficient marketing campaign execution, aligning the commercial and brand objectives.
- Project Management: supervise the complete marketing campaign cycle, from the ideation to implementation OTIF.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply and Operations, to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Improvement: Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the impact of our marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Supplier Relationship Management: create solid relationships with our key suppliers and external partners that support us to achieve our goals.

- Qualifications & Experience Required_
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing and commercial strategy with a consistent track record of leading and implementing successful projects.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with experience in leading end to end processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc) and data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel skills.
