Were seeking a highly strategic and resultsoriented Engineering Manager. The primary objective of this role is to direct and coordinate strategies to achieve operational cost reductions and savings goals. The successful candidate will lead all engineering activities to ensure alignment with the organizations strategic objectives, fulfill client requirements, and facilitate the understanding of corporate management strategies. Key Responsibilities
Implement and direct strategies aimed at achieving operational cost savings for the client. Provide onsite technical support for problemsolving by creating crossfunctional teams that include supplier experts, client specialists, and the organizations engineers. Coordinate continuous improvement programs to promote savings through the constant incorporation of new ways to optimize work and improve tool life. Ensure that the ranking of the top ten tooling costs per site is periodically obtained by the engineering team to drive decisionmaking. Supervise, monitor, and update PFEPs Plan For Every Part and participate in the administration of engineering changes. Develop new programs and projects, which includes gathering requirements from new clients or interested parties. Search for evaluated suppliers that guarantee the introduction of new technologies and testing procedures. Analyze operational bottlenecks and establish necessary action plans. Ensure full compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems. Support the organizations recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities, as well as contribute to the annual training plan for the engineering team.



Qualifications Requirements
Education Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree is highly desirable. Preferred fields of study include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. Language Requirements Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. Required Experience
o4 years of experience within the metalmechanic and or automotive industry. o4 years of proficiency in computer packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, AutoCAD, and basic ERP program knowledge. o1 year of experience in analyzing and determining unit prices, unit costs, and budgets. o1 year of experience handling cutting tools, clamping, fixing, and spare parts. o1 year of experience utilizing marketing and analytical tools, as well as personnel management techniques. Desired Experience
o2 years of applied knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, SMED, etc. oTraining in auditing techniques under ISO 19011 guidelines. Competencies Skills
Ability to design strategies with a direct impact and negotiate short and mediumterm objectives. Strong business acumen, strategic agility, and a clear focus on results. Proven ability in staff development, priority setting, and highquality decisionmaking. Expertise in TQM Reengineering, systems management, and maintaining a strong customer focus.
