Only candidates currently based in Monterrey and the metropolitan area will be considered.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity IAM Engineer to design, implement, and optimize identity and access management solutions across global environments. In this role, you will work with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD Entra ID, Active Directory, and AWS IAM to secure user and system identities, supporting Zero Trust and least privilege models. You will collaborate with IT, cloud, and security teams to automate identity processes, improve access governance, and strengthen authentication and authorization controls. Key responsibilities
Design and manage IAM solutions across Okta, Azure AD Entra ID, Active Directory, and AWS IAM.
Configure and support SSO and MFA integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and related protocols.
Automate identity lifecycle processes joiner, mover, leaver, access provisioning, and deprovisioning.
Implement and maintain access controls aligned with Zero Trust, RBAC, and security policies.
Support identity governance, access reviews, and compliance requirements.




Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate IAM into enterprise systems.
Assist with directory integrations, federation, and privileged access management.
Monitor and improve IAM configurations in hybrid environments. Required experience
35 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or cybersecurity roles.
Handson experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD Entra ID, Active Directory, or AWS IAM.
Experience with authentication and federation protocols SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
Experience with scripting or automation PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Experience managing identity lifecycle processes and access controls.
Understanding of security concepts such as MFA, RBAC, and Zero Trust.
Fluent English required global collaboration. Preferred
Experience with identity governance or PAM tools.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
Relevant certifications Okta, Azure, Security or similar.
Experience with automation or scripting for IAM processes.
Exposure to cloud environments AWS or Azure.
