Collaborate with the Investment Team to accurately track and report investment returns and proactively identify value-add opportunities to enhance property performance and drive portfolio value expansion.Prepare quarterly area-related reports to senior management reflecting portfolio performance and providing transparent and strategic insights into investment profitability.Prepare monthly cash flow reconciliations in collaboration with the Accounting Team to ensure accurate financial records.Maintain clear and timely communication with external parties such as fiduciaries and banks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and supporting the smooth operational functioning of the funds.
