Job Description Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to HR Business Partner.Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility.Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility.Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.Functional accountability for HR Business Partner on country/site- level.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree or specialization in Talent Management or Organizational Development preferred.10+ years of experience in human resources.Mastery of Human Resources processes (recruitment, development, performance, compensation, labor relations).
