Supplier Quality EngineerFull‐time, SilaoZKW is the specialist for innovative premium lighting systems and electronics.As a Tier‐1 supplier, ZKW is a integral partner to the automotive industry.The group develops and produces products based on our motto of "Bright Minds, Bright Lights," combining bright minds with modern production technologies to produce complex premium lighting and electronic modules for international automotive manufacturers.Main GoalEnsuring the quality of purchased parts in the project and series phase from the start of development to the end of life.Responsibilities Preparing inspection reports during complaint management.Defining features for sorting activities in case of claims.Organizing inventory control.Assessing the supplier's 8D report and determining further measures (blocking, 100% sorting, etc.).
Monitoring MPP in the project phase.Approving the supplier's production quality concept (FMEA, test schedule, ...).




Examining specifications of sample parts.Executing suppliers' process sign‐offs and run‐rates.Checking the inspection instructions for incoming goods inspection at suppliers.Approving initial samples.Collaborating and defining test equipment at suppliers.Supporting the update and/or revision of ZKW quality requirements.Collaborating on projects in the line/department.Assessing purchased parts.Requirements Engineering degree (Mechatronic, industrial, electronic) or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, e.g., Supplier Quality Engineer.Experience in APQP and project management.Experience using core tools (PPAP, Control plan, FMEA, MSA & SPC).
Experience in problem solving.General knowledge of IATF*****:****.
